• Current state of your accounting records
• Number and frequency of customer invoices
• Number and frequency of checks written
• Number of employees and pay period frequency
• Extent of your reporting requirements (i.e., owners, lender, investors, board of directors)
• Number of bank accounts and credit cards to be reconciled
• Management reports required
• Level of detail needed in operating budget
• Number of tax return forms and schedules required for preparation
• Extent of advisory services requested for new business start-ups
